Check you are ordering the correct item

On the back of your hand control (near the bottom) you will see a code number that starts with the letters TH. Simply check the number is TH7R-2039-006. If your number is different or there is no TH number this handset will not work with your chair.

Handset Returns

If you need to return your Handset:

• Send by recorded delivery, this is for your protection
• Return to Unit D5, Enterprise Way, Bradford, BD10 8EW
• Insert a note with your name, address, and invoice number.

Refunds

We deduct £10.00 from all Handset refunds, this is to cover our costs of posting and packaging.
