DELIVERY
At The-Recliner-Store, we want you to enjoy your new furniture from the moment it arrives, therefore we endeavour to make sure that your delivery goes as smoothly as possible.
ACCESS
Before ordering a product please ensure that the product will fit into the room and that there is enough height and width through doorways, hallways and stairways leading to that room.
Each product shows accurate dimensions for that item.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We deliver Monday – Friday throughout mainland UK. We can also deliver to the Isle of White and Northern Ireland, please contact us with your post code for an accurate price.
If you need your order shipping abroad, we can arrange for your new furniture to be delivered to a carrier of your arrangement.
DELIVERY SERVICES
We have several delivery options for the delivery of your new furniture. We will always be contact you to arrange a date for delivery unless the item is being sent by Royal Mail.

Two Man Delivery: All heavy items of furniture, such as: sofas and chairs, are delivered by a two-man delivery team, to the room of your choice. Please note that for non-mainland UK deliveries this service may not be available and you may be asked to assist the delivery driver.

Parcel Carrier: Small items of furniture, including, occasional furniture, bedside chests and roll up mattresses are delivered by a parcel carrier to your doorstep.
- Royal Mail: Small accessories, such as arm caps and cushions are sent via Royal Mail.

Direct Home Delivery: Some of our suppliers offer a direct home delivery service. Again, for heavy items this is a two-man service, delivered to the room of choice.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
Most of our recliner chairs and settees are made to order and delivery lead times may vary considerably between products. An estimated delivery time is shown against each product. Whilst we do our best to ensure that these lead times are as accurate as possible, occasionally delays can happen which are out of our control.
Please allow an extra two weeks for delivery to non-UK mainland addresses.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders over £395 qualify for free delivery to the UK mainland. Orders totalling less than £395 will be charge at £29.95, excluding accessories such as: cushions, fabric and arm caps; which are charged at £14.95. If you order multiple items but do not qualify for free delivery, you will only pay one delivery charge (highest charged item).
For all non-mainland UK Orders (including free express delivery items) only one delivery charge (highest charged item) will apply.
RETURNS
All delivered goods require inspection. Couriers are obliged to wait while you inspect your purchase. If they will not wait, please accept and sign as \'Damaged\'.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods, please read the following guidelines to ensure everything runs smoothly as possible.
Notify us by post or email within 72 Hours from the day of delivery that you wish to return the goods
- The product is in a resalable condition
- This means that the product is not damaged
- The product has not been used in any way
- And that the product is complete with the original pristine condition packing
- Keep all original packaging and boxes the item was delivered in, as the goods will require repacking for the return journey. Please ensure the items are safely and securely wrapped
- As we offer totally Free UK Mainland Delivery, it is the customers responsibility to cover the carriage back to us.
- We do not charge a re-stocking fee
- All refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: WE RECOMMEND YOU RETAIN THE ORIGINAL PACKING/BOXES THAT YOUR CHAIR ARRIVED IN FOR AT LEAST THE SPECIFIED 7 DAY RETURNS PERIOD. WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN, WHATEVER THE REASON, IF THE CHAIR IS NOT SAFELY AND SECURELY PACKAGED
